As a Scheduling Manager representing Amazon, you will be responsible for building a high performing scheduling
team, creating processes and infrastructure that can scale with our rapid growth, and managing team performance against measurable quotas and KPIs.

We are looking for someone who can motivate, inspire, and prepare our scheduling coordinators for long-term success representing our partner, Amazon.

Responsibilities

● Establish and foster positive long-term relationships with internal customers and business partners
● Provide supervision, management, and training to scheduling coordinators
● Create and implement best practice scheduling strategies and systems
● Reinforce quotas, set goals, and create initiatives to motivate
● Consistently meet or exceed team metrics

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● 3+ years of scheduling/dispatch management experience
● Extensive knowledge of Salesforce
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Someone who thrives in an environment where hard work, focus and energy are rewarded
