OmniEngine is helping businesses across the United States acquire and retain high-quality customers by the thousands. Our Amazon campaign is the largest and fastest growing B2B campaign at our company! We are building a sales skill core curriculum for our Center and the Senior Trainer will be the subject matter expert and go-to leader for long term strategy, facilitation methods, and curriculum. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing sales representative and install coordinator effectiveness by determining and solving training needs on a broad scale. As a Senior Trainer, you become the subject matter expert, the go-to leader and resource who
possesses the ability to teach and ensure learners apply curriculum objectives in their everyday roles. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering best practices and overseeing the implementation of various learning projects which may include Salesforce, Leadership, Sales, or campaign specific training. As a Senior Trainer, you will have a platform to demonstrate strong communication,
facilitation and collaboration skills and the drive to attack aggressive deadlines and goals.

Responsibilities

● Coordinate, develop and facilitate learning in the center through new hire training, face to
face coaching, building out a content library, and designing an online training tool among
various other methods
● Collaborate and maintain relationships with Subject Matter Experts, Training Team and other
cross functional partners to stay current on process updates and to generate new program
ideas for curriculum
● Project manage the design and development of exciting, and innovative learning solutions
● Understand the company’s strategic initiatives and translate these into learning literature for
future employees
● Implement innovative, yet cost effective training methods
● Conduct training analysis to identify and assess current and future training needs with an
emphasis on sales enablement
● Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology
● Maintain a database of all physical and digital training materials
● Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI
● Create group and individual training plans to cater to specific KPI targets
● Adapt to changing work environment and think with an innovative approach to complete
unforeseen tasks in a short timeline
● Focus on multiple projects with different subject matter at one time and quickly pivot
between them without losing ground
● Approach aggressive goals with a “can do” attitude
● Ability to drive results in training autonomously, with minimal direction

Skill and Experience Requirements

● Strong motivational and coaching skills

● Presentation skills, ability to “own the room”
● Experience with MicroLearning content and Gameification
● Previous Sales experience strongly considered
● Previous Sales Enablement experience strongly considered
● Experience with Salesforce
● Strong technical skills
● Ability to work as part of a team
● Excellent problem-solving skills
● Instructional Design experience strongly considered
