Responsibilities

  • Manage an inside sales team of 10 to 15 Account Executives 
  • Coach and develop Account Managers for consistent improvement and maximum performance
  • Create and implement best practice sales strategies and systems
  • Reinforce quotas, set goals, and create initiatives to motivate
  • Consistently meet or exceed team revenue targets
  • Pioneer management playbook for replicable success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of inside sales management experience
  • Full cycle sales management & B2B experience required
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Someone who thrives in an environment where hard work, focus, and energy are rewarded
